Issue: Installing a Desktop Application from CommonTime Infinity results in the message "Installation has failed".
Affected Operating Systems: Windows
Description: In the first instance please select 'Open Setup Log', save the output to your file system and send the log to support.
Known Reasons and Actions:
- If you are attempting to upgrade or reinstall the application make sure the Windows OS doesn't have an existing handle on the application process. To check open Windows Task Manager, select the Process Tab, select 'Show processes from all users' and check if the application exe is running. If so terminate this process and attempt to install the application again.
